Role Purpose

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Packing Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing, wrapping, labeling, and preparing products for storage, delivery, and dispatch while maintaining packaging quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This role is essential to ensuring that all products are packed securely, presented professionally, and prepared for timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, and prepare products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure products are packed securely and neatly to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Label packages accurately with the required product details and delivery information.
• Inspect products and packaging materials for quality, damage, or defects before packing.
• Count and verify items to ensure order accuracy before sealing packages.
• Prepare customer orders, gift items, and product assortments for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic packing area.
• Monitor packaging materials and report low stock or damaged materials promptly.
• Follow company procedures and support daily packing operations as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of packing, packaging, production, or related experience.
• Experience in the FMCG, food, retail, or confectionery industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of product packing, labeling, and quality checking.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle goods safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
