Packing Executive
Job Summary:
The Packing Executive is responsible for packing finished products, maintaining packaging records, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely dispatch and Proof of Delivery (POD) tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack products according to company standards and operating procedures.
Verify product quantity, quality, and specifications before packing.
Prepare and label packages accurately before dispatch.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
Maintain packing, dispatch, and inventory records.
Track dispatched shipments and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Follow up with transporters and branches to collect pending PODs.
Update POD records and ensure all deliveries are properly documented.
Monitor packing materials and report shortages.
Support stock audits and inventory verification activities.
Identify and report damaged or defective products.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
