Packing Operator

We are looking for a skilled Packing Operator to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging operations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain packaging machines for optimal performance and productivity.
• Monitor and control the quality of packaging materials to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues with packaging equipment and report problems to maintenance teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging processes.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Packing Operator or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Familiarity with quality control measures and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
