Full Job Description – Packing Operator

Position: Packing Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Sector-26 Chandigarh

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack products safely and accurately according to company guidelines.
• Check products for quality, quantity, and any visible damage before packing.
• Handle packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, labels, and other supplies.
• Print and attach shipping labels, barcodes, and invoices as required.
• Ensure all packages are properly sealed and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely order processing.
• Maintain basic records of packed orders and inventory of packing materials.
• Follow safety and workplace procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers and barcode/label printing is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
