The Role
We're looking for Packing Operators to join our team and help keep our production lines running smoothly. You'll be responsible for mixing, packing cereals, carrying out quality checks, and making sure food safety standards are met.
  
This is a hands-on role based mainly in packing, with the opportunity to support other production areas when needed.
 
Fixed-term role: 3 months, ASAP start
Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime available)
Shift: Sunday night to Friday morning, 10:00pm - 6:30am
  
Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packing lines
• Pack products and complete quality checks
• Clean production lines and work areas
• Complete basic production paperwork
• Lift and handle ingredients and materials (up to 25kg)
• Help reduce waste and report any issues
• Follow food safety, GMP and Health & Safety requirements

About You
You're reliable, hardworking and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment. You take pride in doing things properly and paying attention to detail.
  
Ideally, you'll have:

• At least 1 year of packing experience in manufacturing
• Mixing experience (advantageous)
• Experience operating automated machinery
• A current forklift or reach licence (preferred)
• The ability to safely lift up to 25kg
• Good reading, writing and basic maths skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
