Packing Operator

Role & responsibilities :

• Operate pharmaceutical packing machines as per approved SOPs and production requirements.
• Handle and operate Cartonator, Strip, Blister and Labelling machines.
• Check machine performance and ensure smooth operation during production.
• Carry out routine in-process checks during packing operations.
• Ensure correct batch details, coding, labels and packing materials are used.
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety and hygiene requirements during operations.
• Identify packing defects or machine abnormalities and immediately inform the supervisor.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of packing materials.
• Follow all safety and EHS procedures while operating machines.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th preferred.
• Experience: 15 years in pharmaceutical packing operations.
• Hands-on experience in operating Blister, Strip, Bottle, Cartonator and Labelling machines will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GMP and SOPs.
• Ability to work in shifts.
