Job Title: Packing Supervisor
Location: 15 to 20 Kms from Kutteripattu
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing packing operations, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely packing of goods as per company standards. The role includes supervising packing staff, maintaining quality and productivity, and coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily packing activities and allocate work to packing staff.

2. Ensure packing is done accurately according to order requirements and quality standards.

3. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and adherence to packing timelines.

4. Conduct quality checks to prevent damage, shortages, or packing errors.

5. Ensure proper use of packing materials and minimize wastage.

6. Train and guide packing staff on packing methods, safety, and SOPs.

7. Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfillment.

8. Maintain packing records and reports of packing staff.

9. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Diploma or degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in warehouse packing or supervision.

· Knowledge of packing standards, labeling, and dispatch procedures.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure.

· Strong is Excel and Report Preparation.

Salary Package: 10,000 (Fresher) to 15,000 (Based on Experience)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
