Packing Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day packing operations, manage packing staff, ensure proper packing standards, and coordinate with the Production and Warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the packing team.
• Allocate work to packing staff and monitor their productivity.
• Ensure rubber mats are properly packed, labelled, stacked, and prepared for dispatch.
• Check packing quality and ensure products are packed according to company standards.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper work practices within the packing team.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely movement of finished products.
• Monitor packing materials and inform the concerned department when replenishment is required.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of finished products.
• Train new packing staff on proper packing methods and safety procedures.
• Maintain basic packing-related records and reports.
• Identify packing issues and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned supervisor/manager.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree qualification.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, production, or a supervisory role will be preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of packing and material handling.

Pay: From ₹15,500.00 per month
