Packing Supervisor

Sinocare Philippines is looking for a Packing Supervisor to join our growing e-Commerce and warehouse operations team.

About the Role

The Packing Supervisor will oversee the daily packing operations for orders from Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, ensuring that orders are accurately prepared, properly packed, and dispatched on time. The role will also support inventory management and supervise the packing team to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders from Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Verify items, quantities, and order details to prevent wrong or missing shipments.
• Supervise the packing team and monitor daily work performance, productivity, and packing quality.
• Ensure packing procedures are properly followed and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and monitor warehouse inventory.
• Conduct regular stock taking and inventory checking.
• Prepare inventory and packing-related reports and records.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, and other stock issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and packing records using MS Office and other office software.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding order processing, inventory, and shipment concerns.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, packing, fulfillment, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Experience in a cross-border e-commerce warehouse is an advantage.
• Experience supervising or leading a warehouse/packing team.
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and other data-recording tools.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work accurately under time pressure.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce seller platforms or backend systems is an advantage.
• Willing to perform other warehouse-related duties as required.
