Packing Worker

Festiko is hiring a reliable Packing & Dispatch Executive to handle daily e-commerce orders. The role involves picking the correct products, packing them securely and preparing shipments for timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to order sheets and verify design, quantity and condition.
• Assemble product combos, ensuring all items are included.
• Pack orders neatly and securely to prevent damage during delivery.
• Print and attach shipping labels, invoices and barcodes.
• Prepare orders within marketplace and courier dispatch deadlines.
• Sort parcels by courier partner and coordinate pickup handovers.
• Maintain daily packing and dispatch records.
• Check returned orders and report damaged, incorrect or missing items.
• Assist with stock counting and keep shelves and the packing area organised.

Requirements

• Basic reading, counting and computer skills.
• Attention to detail when checking products and shipping labels.
• Punctual, responsible and comfortable working in a warehouse.
• Experience in e-commerce packing, dispatch or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Freshers willing to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
