PACU RN Full Time

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to evidence-based practices and professional standards.

• Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation; coordinate care through effective partnerships; promote relationship-based, culturally sensitive care; support performance improvement initiatives; serve as a preceptor or mentor; participate in research and evidence-based practice; develop protocols; ensure resource efficiency; and uphold system policies and safety standards.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience; current RN license; certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills; proficiency in technology; and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, emergency situations.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, time management, cultural competence, and commitment to professional development.

Core duties include: delivering individualized, relationship-based care; collaborating with team members; supporting quality improvement; mentoring staff; participating in research activities; and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
