PAD HALL SUPERVISOR

Hewitt Meats are looking for an experienced and motivated PAD Hall Supervisor to join our team at our Loughgall site.

Key responsibilities include;

• Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the PAD hall
• Checking and maintaining trim specifications
• Ensuring accurate and compliant labelling
• Monitoring and achieving yield targets
• Ensuring all products meet customer specifications
• Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and production
• Supporting and supervising the PAD Hall team to ensure production targets and achieved

We are looking for someone who;

• Has previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a meat processing or food production environment
• Has a strong understanding of production, quality and yield
• Is organised, reliable and able to work effectively under pressure
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Has an excellent level of spoken and written English
• Can communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management

Hours of work- 7am to 5pm

Competitive wage- to be discussed at interview

Transport can be arranged from Dungannon and Portadown
