Padel Coach

NJV School Management Board is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Padel Coach to train and develop students through structured padel coaching and practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging padel training sessions for students.
• Teach fundamental skills, techniques, rules, and game strategies.
• Develop students’ fitness, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize practice sessions, drills, and friendly matches.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive training environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences, Physical Education, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certification in Padel Coaching or Sports Coaching is an advantage.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Padel Coach or sports trainer.
• Strong knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and training methods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children/students is preferred.
