Padel Coaches NEEDED

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Padel Coaches to join our dynamic sports coaching team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, helping players of all levels improve their skills and enjoy the game of Padel. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive sporting experience. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer flexible working hours to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and professional coaching sessions tailored to players’ skill levels
• Develop customised training programmes to enhance players’ techniques and game strategies
• Provide guidance on rules, tactics, and sportsmanship to promote fair play
• Monitor player progress and offer constructive feedback to encourage improvement
• Organise and oversee group training sessions, clinics, and beginner classes
• Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety standards during coaching activities
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport

Experience

• Previous sports coaching experience is highly desirable
• Proven ability to teach and communicate effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels
• Passion for Padel or similar racket sports is preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan engaging coaching sessions
• Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications will be considered an advantage

Pay: £24,420.00-£48,909.66 per year
