Padel Host

About the role

OLA Socials is a social padel & lifestyle club in Ungasan, Bali, built around sport, hospitality, and community. We're looking for an energetic and people-oriented Padel Host to join our team and help create an experience where every player feels welcome and part of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, members, and players throughout their visit
• Manage daily check-ins, court bookings, and player inquiries through Playtomic
• Host social games, clinics, tournaments, and community sessions
• Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for players
• Help players connect with each other and grow the OLA Socials community
• Support events, activations, and community programs
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience
• Assist with daily club operations and ensure courts and guest areas are ready
• Handle guest feedback and coordinate with the team to resolve issues

About you

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for padel, sports, and community
• Comfortable hosting and engaging with both local and international guests
• Good English communication skills; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during events
• Previous experience in hospitality, sports, events, or community roles is a plus
• Padel experience is preferred but not mandatory
