Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 degree (Management, Sports, Business, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager (in sports, gyms, or hospitality).
Understanding of the fundamentals of padel (rules, competition systems, community culture).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of marketing & branding strategies, especially for new businesses
Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs.
Able to manage a team and operations independently.
Communicative, proactive, and service-oriented.
