Payrate: £16.50 per hour

Ace Care 4 U Ltd are a medium-sized Nottingham based home-care agency, that serve the local Nottingham area.

We are looking hard working, compassionate individuals to act as Care Support Assistants; we are after individuals who have experience with children, especially with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.

We have both full time and part time roles for drivers and non-drivers in the Nottingham area and offer competitive rates of pay (including positions within schools)

Hours of work: full time and part time hours available

About the Role:
As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant at Ace Care, you’ll be providing care and supporting children at school, home and in the community, whose individual needs include:

• Unknown Diagnosis
• Epilepsy
• Learning Difficulty
• Oxygen Management
• BIPAP Ventilation
• Gastrostomy
• Vision Impairment
• Seizures
• Personal Care
• Medication Administration

Requirements:

• Experience in complex or community-based care
• Competency in Jejunostomy care and PEG feeding (essential)
• Confident with moving and handling procedures
• Ability to work independently within a home care environment
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
