  • A genuine multidisciplinary team — collaborate daily with OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Behaviour Support & Exercise Professional colleagues
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • On-site paediatric resources and equipment, ready to use

What You'll Do

  • Delivering clinical services with a sustainable therapy hour target of 25 Therapy Hours/Week
  • Co-design meaningful therapy goals with children, parents, and carers
  • Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Support fine/gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, play, and social/school participation
  • Track progress and adapt plans as needed
  • Coach and support families with practical home strategies
  • Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications
  • Liaise with support coordinators, educators, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care

  • Solid understanding of child development and OT practice
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping kids thrive
