What they need
Company Description Able Life Hub is a welcoming and inclusive space where participants can connect, grow, and thrive in a safe social environment. The organisation offers a diverse range of therapies that blend traditional methods with holistic practices, with a strong focus on nature-based approaches to enhance well-being and promote healing. Participants receive individualised sessions with skilled allied health practitioners who use evidence-based techniques to address physical and emotional needs. The farm environment, including time outdoors and interaction with animals, is designed to build confidence, social skills, and emotional well-being. Through activities such as feeding animals, exploring the farm, and engaging in group programs, Able Life Hub creates a supportive setting for fun, learning, and meaningful connection.

Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with allied health practitioners, and communicating regularly with participants, families, and support networks. The role involves integrating nature-based and animal-assisted activities into therapy programs to promote engagement, confidence, and functional skill development. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to program planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of therapeutic services within the environment.
