About the Company
Teach 2 Talk Speech Pathology is a private paediatric practice in Narre Warren, in Melbourne’s south-east, founded by certified practising speech pathologist Irene Deanne Frangoulis. The practice assesses and treats pre-school and school-aged children who have, or are at risk of, developmental delays and communication difficulties, including speech sound, language, literacy and articulation difficulties. Therapy is delivered one-on-one and in small groups, in close collaboration with families, schools and other health professionals.

The close-knit team of six clinicians and two admin staff includes bilingual clinicians, and the practice values working with multicultural families. Its culture is built on empathy, compassion and genuine connection. Staff are supported with structured onboarding, mentoring, fortnightly supervision, monthly internal PD, an external PD budget and regular team training.
