The organisation takes a collaborative, family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy, helping children develop communication skills, build confidence and participate in everyday life. You'll work with a mixed caseload of private clients and NDIS participants, supporting children with a range of communication needs, including speech sound development, language, social communication, early language, literacy, fluency and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
You'll develop meaningful goals with families, provide individualised therapy and collaborate with parents, educators and other allied health professionals to support children's communication and participation across everyday environments.
The organisation values neurodiversity-affirming practice, focusing on children's strengths, individual needs and quality of life. Flexible working arrangements are available, with opportunities for professional development, supervision and collaboration.
