Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pagador Receptor (Teller) to join our Cooperativa team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately processing member transactions, maintaining proper cash handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will support the organization’s financial integrity and contribute to an efficient and member‑focused service environment. Duties

• Receive and process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other related services.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members.
• Understand the cooperative’s products and services in order to provide accurate financial guidance to members.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow established cash‑handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
• Assist members with account inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support branch operations as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and strong data‑entry skills (including 10‑key proficiency).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in finance or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in a financial institution, teller role, or customer service environment preferred.

Pay: $10.50 per hour
