Paid Ads Associate

We are looking for a Paid Ads Associate to support our marketing team in improving campaign performance and driving business growth through data-driven decisions.

• What You'll DoMonitor Campaign Performance: Track and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across channels, including Google, to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze Data: Interpret campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance.
• Conduct A/B Testing: Test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to determine what works best.
• Prepare Performance Reports: Present campaign results, highlight key findings, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure marketing activities support business objectives.
• Keep Learning: Stay informed about digital marketing developments, tools, and industry best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Paid Ads/ Performance Marketing
• Direct experience working inside Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
