Paid Ads Specialist

We're hiring a Paid Ads Specialist (fully remote)

Outfitter Marketing Pros helps outdoor businesses fill their booking calendars. Our clients are rafting outfitters, fishing and hunting guides, tour operators, and lodges, and our founder ran a rafting company himself. We know this industry from the river up.

We're looking for someone to create, audit, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for these businesses.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
• Can walk us through real results you've improved, with real numbers
• Use AI every day to work faster and think more creatively
• Speak and write near-native English
• Tell clients the honest answer, not just the easy one
