PAID ADS SPECIALIST

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to improve advertising effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign spending to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign strategies to improve conversion performance.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop effective advertising campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports, evaluate campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or other digital marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
• Experience working with an e-commerce enabler or within the beauty industry is a strong plus.
