About the Role

This is a fully remote position where you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation. We'll initially target one international market and gradually expand into others.

• United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads while maintaining strong campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
• Collaborate with the team to improve lead quality and overall campaign performance.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns.
• Is proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Understands lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.
• Is analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
• Is passionate about digital marketing and continuous learning.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Showcase of previous portfolio and results

All creative assets, campaign data, business resources, and required tools will be provided by the company.
