Paid Ads Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're glad to be hiring a seasoned Google Ads Virtual Assistant to run and sharpen paid search accounts for several businesses in our network. You'll own campaign performance from end to end — pulling down cost per lead, lifting conversion value, and making certain every ad dollar works harder. This is a practical role for someone at ease living inside ad accounts, trialling changes, and explaining results in plain language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and sharpen Google Ads accounts for several businesses at once
• Watch account performance regularly and tune bids, budgets, and keywords to lift results
• Lift conversion value by refining targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
• Monitor cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend for each account
• Run keyword research to surface new opportunities and cut wasted spend
• Write, test, and refine ad copy, headlines, and ad extensions
• Configure and verify conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, and bookings
• Raise account issues, policy warnings, or budget problems straight away
• Produce clear, easy-to-read performance reports on a steady schedule

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven, practical experience running Google Ads accounts
• Capacity to handle several ad accounts at the same time without losing accuracy
• Firm grasp of conversion tracking and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or call tracking software
• Strong written English for reporting and ad copy creation
• Ease working with performance data and turning it into clear recommendations
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills with the knack for explaining results simply
• Stable internet connection and a capable computer

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads certification
• Background running ads for local service businesses (home services, moving, cleaning, and similar)
• Familiarity with Google Local Service Ads
• Exposure to Google Tag Manager, CallRail, or comparable call tracking tools
• Capacity to run multiple projects concurrently and prioritize across accounts
