Pay: $26.00/hour

Help get out the vote for Democratic candidates in El Paso

Campaign Industries, LLC is hiring canvassers to conduct door-to-door voter contact in support of Democrats in the General Election. This is a paid, hourly W-2 position, not commission-based or sales-focused. Canvassers will engage with voters, share information about Democratic candidates, and encourage participation in the election. No sales, fundraising, or commission-based activities are required.

Dates: Now - November 3, 2026 (Election Day)

Schedule: Tuesdays-Saturdays from 12-7 PM 

A standard workday is a 7-hour shift with a 30-minute paid break taken mid-shift. 

Type: W-2 temporary position, paid hourly (NOT commission-based)

What You'll Do

• Go door-to-door talking to voters in assigned neighborhoods
• Use a smartphone app to track voter contacts
• Encourage people to vote for TX Democratic candidates.
• Work independently with daily supervisor check-ins
• Walk several miles per shift outdoors in various weather

Estimated driving: Roughly 50-100 miles/week between canvassing locations. We will provide a $100/week stipend for gas (prorated based on days worked). This amount is intended to cover your driving to and from canvassing locations.

Physical requirements: Walking several miles per shift, climbing stairs, standing up to several hours/day

Weather: Outdoor work in TX fall weather (70°F–110+°F)
