Paid Internship (Business system, Data & Operations)

This role is for people who want to build real systems, solve problems, and understand how a business actually works behind the scenes.

You won’t just observe, you’ll work on real projects used in day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll start by building a complete system together, then grow into your own focus area.

Phase 1: Build a Real Business System

• Create simple client intake forms (HTML or tools)

• Connect data to Google Sheets

• Organise and structure real business data

• Set up basic workflows (notifications, tracking)

• Understand how enquiries move through the business

Phase 2: Improve & Optimise

• Enhance dashboards and tracking systems

• Improve data flow and structure

• Support internal workflows (SOPs)

• Help streamline operations

Phase 3: Focus Area (Based on Your Strengths)

• Systems / Data: dashboards, tracking, automation

• Operations: workflows, processes, coordination
