Paid Internship Programme

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Educational Counsellor Intern to support our counselling and admissions team. The intern will assist students in understanding academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways while gaining hands on experience in student counselling and education consultancy operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in counselling students regarding academic programs, universities, and career options

* Support students with application processes, documentation, and form filling

* Maintain and update student records and databases

* Respond to student inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

* Coordinate with senior counsellors for admissions and follow-ups

* Provide basic guidance on entry requirements, eligibility, and application timelines

* Help organize education fairs, seminars, and information sessions

* Prepare reports, presentations, and student follow-up lists

* Ensure accurate and timely communication with students and parents

Eligibility / Requirements

* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, Management, Psychology, or related field preferred)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of study abroad or academic counselling (preferred but not mandatory)

* Good command of English (spoken and written)

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

* Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
