We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Executive with hands-on experience in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze data and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform changes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
