What they need
Who We Are
House of Performance (HOP) is a fast-growing performance marketing agency with big ambitions, a people-first mindset, and an unwavering passion for helping brands grow. House of Performance was founded to raise the standard in paid media. Built 5 years ago from a clear need for greater choice and deeper expertise, we support ambitious brands who want performance marketing that is accountable, commercially focused, and built to last.
We’re proud of our work, our clients, and our culture and we’re thrilled to have been named “Stand Out Agency of the Year” at the Digital Excellence Awards 2025.
The Role
As a Paid Media Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the agency from driving client growth strategies, leading campaign performance, and managing 2+ paid media consultants.
You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding work across paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, and Display) - driving measurable ROI, developing forward-thinking strategies, and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.
This is an opportunity for someone who’s ready to step up and make a sizeable mark on a growing agency: to lead accounts, challenge thinking, and help define best-in-class performance marketing for some of the UK’s most ambitious brands. Most importantly, you will be responsible for supporting our people, who are essential to the success of the agency (and our most important asset!).
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead a portfolio of client accounts - typically 4 - 6 brands - with full responsibility for strategy, delivery, and performance outcomes.
Manage 2+ consultants
helping them develop their skills and confidence as future performance experts whilst taking responsibility for their growth and progression.- Develop integrated paid media strategies across PPC, Paid Social, and Display that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Oversee campaign implementation , optimisation, and testing across channels, ensuring every pound spent drives impact.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients - guiding them through data insights, platform changes, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with platform partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to leverage beta opportunities and emerging trends.
- Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Shape internal processes - identifying ways to improve efficiency, innovation, and excellence in client delivery.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who combines technical expertise with commercial insight and a proactive, positive approach.
You’ll likely have:
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, and/or Display).
- Must have hands on experience working in PPC.
- Minimum 2 years experience in working in an agency environment.
- Experience in managing people (and a keen passion for people management and development)
- Experience in creating and implementing paid media strategies.
- Proven success in driving measurable performance outcomes - increasing ROI, improving conversion efficiency, and scaling budgets effectively.
- Confidence in client relationship management - you can present, persuade, and problem-solve with ease.
- Strong analytical skills - you understand data deeply and use insights to shape strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and PowerPoint .
- A growth mindset - you love testing, learning, and evolving your craft.
- Hunger for change and AI – you’ll be comfortable with exploring new tools, investigating new tech and features.
- Natural curiosity and a genuine passion for performance marketing .
What We Offer
- Salary: From £40,000 - 60,000 (based on experience)
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in our central London office (Tuesday & Thursday). During probation, 3 days a week to get to know the team (typically Weds or Fridays).
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension contributions
- Free Gym
- Monthly perks & team socials (think Harry Potter World, summer parties, and lunches!)
- 6 free therapy sessions per year (provider of your choice)
- Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing, award-winning agency
Why HOP?
At House of Performance, you’re not a small cog in a big wheel. You’ll have real influence, creative freedom, and the chance to make your mark on an agency that’s scaling fast and thinking big.
If you’re ready to lead, grow, and help redefine what performance marketing excellence looks like - we’d love to hear from you.
