Paid MIS Intern - Field Operations & Analysis

Responsibilities & Context

• Collect, organize and update data received from field team members and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and update basic MIS reports, performance summaries and dashboards .
• Follow up with field team members regarding assigned activities, targets, achievements and pending reports.
• Check submitted data for accuracy and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Assist in analyzing field data and preparing reports for the supervisor/management.
• Perform other assigned MIS, data analysis and field follow-up activities.

Education

• Final-year students or recently graduated candidates from BBA, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Management, CSE, Engineering or relevant disciplines

Additional Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel;
• knowledge of Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic formulas will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
