  • Patient Management: Take precise patient medical histories, thoroughly document clinical findings and help diagnose and manage common ocular conditions.

  • Patient Counseling: Educate patients on maintaining optimal eye health, proper contact lens care routines and preventive vision measures.

  • Clinical Support: Support senior optometrists with daily clinical tasks, administrative duties and patient flow management.

  • Sterilization Protocols: Maintain, calibrate and sterilize all ophthalmic equipment in strict adherence to hospital hygiene protocols.

  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in ongoing clinical training sessions and skill-building workshops conducted by our senior medical staff.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact comfortably with patients of all ages.

  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to clinical accuracy, a professional demeanor and a genuine commitment to patient care.

  • Adaptability: A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospital environment.
