The Role:

We're looking for an experienced manager who gets frothy over all things paid search and Google Ads — and who loves lifting others up as much as smashing targets. You'll own strategy for some of the world's best brands, and lead and develop one direct report as their manager and mentor.

What you'll do:

• 25% Strategy & account leadership (the bigger picture bits)
• 20% Campaign planning, implementation & optimisation (the techy bits)
• 15% Insights development and reporting (big brain energy)15% Team leadership, coaching & development of your direct report (growing your people)15% Client relationship management (the funnest stuff...)
• 10% Budget management & pacing (the nerdy parts)

What you need:

• 5+ years Google Ads experience across all ad formats
• Demonstrated people leadership experience — managing, mentoring or developing direct reports
• SA360 platform experience essential
• Must have some experience across paid social and/or programmatic media buying
• eCommerce campaign experience is essential
• Agency side experience essential
• Strong platform expertise across Google and Bing, and ideally App and Amazon ads experience
• Bonus points for ChatGPT Ads experience
• One-Search SEO & GEO collaboration experience
• Proven ability to set direction, manage workloads across a team, and mentor junior talent
• Excellent task and time management, and communication skills
• Google Analytics experience is your bread and butter
• In-depth performance reporting experience
