Paint and Sip Event Assistant

Brush Party UK are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Paint and Sip Assistant. As an assistant, you will help facilitate our popular Paint and Sip events, where participants can enjoy painting in a relaxed atmosphere. This is a daytime & evening position, with some availability weekend work. Age restriction due to van insurance - Applicants must be over twenty one.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup before and after each event.
• Greet and engage with participants, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Help guide participants through the painting process, offering tips and encouragement.
• Prepare and organise painting supplies, including canvases, paintbrushes, paints, and aprons.
• Assist the instructor in demonstrating painting techniques and providing guidance to participants.
• Drive company vehicles to transport painting supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

• A full clean manual driving licence is required for the driving tasks.
• No previous painting experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and interact with people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry painting supplies, set up equipment, and perform light cleaning tasks.
• A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our participants.
• Applicant must live within 5 miles of Aylesbury.
• Must be prepared drive long distances.
