Paint & Sundries Sales Associate

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Paint Sales Associate to join our team at our Benjamin Moore Signature Store. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the paint industry who enjoys working with customers, recommending products, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers select the right paint and related products for their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable product guidance and friendly, professional service.
• Assist in meeting sales goals and growing business within the paint department.
• Place product orders and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory reporting.
• Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient and customer-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in paint sales or a related product field.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required for the position.
• Well-organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Schedule

• Saturdays as needed
• Closed Sundays
