What they need
Prepare machinery and paint processes for capacity-expansion projects.
Develop and validate equipment and processes for new-model introduction.
Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Upgrade or replace production infrastructure to maintain reliability and efficiency.
Improve environmental performance by preventing and reducing waste from paint operations.
Coordinate suppliers and internal teams; prepare specifications, schedules, reports, and technical documents.
Requirements
Profile & Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Good at English communication
Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Have knowledge in CAD programs (SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD) and basic PLC
Not Acrophobia (an intense fear of heights), Not Allergic to chemicals, No smoking
Able to work at project sites and travel to Gateway plant when required
Fresh graduates are welcome
