Essential Functions:

• Preppers surface of parts and bodies to be painted using sanding equipment and body fillers
• Removes rough spots and smooths surfaces
• Loads and unloads parts into and out of the paint booths
• Assembles hydraulic and water components as needed
• Reworks, repairs, or replaces damaged parts or assemblies
• Maintains tools provided for optimum performance
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• 1-year previous manufacturing preferred but not necessary

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Ability to be at work on time and as scheduled
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing (English)

Physical Conditions & Work Environment:

• Requires working in a shop environment
• Able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
• Able to use hands and fingers, stoop, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, bend, and stand up to 10 hours
• Able to work overtime
