We are partners on ultra-premium, low-volume programmes delivering vehicle programmes for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector for automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina’s Battista and Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Pro.

In addition we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing and painting visual carbon fibre and other surfaces to a high standard, both primed and unprimed.
• Preparing component surfaces using aqua blasters, orbital sanders and manual sanding techniques.
• Following standard operating procedures and visual aids to ensure consistency and quality.
• Masking components prior to paint application using masking tapes and paper.
• Maintaining and cleaning painting/lacquering equipment.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in automotive and/or aerospace prepping is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in surface preparation and knowledge of paint application techniques.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, including technical data sheets and visual aids.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work.
• Effective team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude, able to collaborate closely with colleagues and work independently when needed.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback professionally.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability, with a consistent attendance record.
• Maintain a professional, accountable, and proactive attitude at all times.

Additional Information

Day Shift: 8-4.30 Monday to Friday

Night shift 4.30 PM to 4.30 AM Monday to Friday

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
