 As our Paint Product Support person, you will deliver exceptional customer service and expert technical advice, resolve product-related issues, and act as a trusted partner to customers and teams across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert technical advice and product support, including application guidance, surface preparation and product troubleshooting for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Investigating and resolve product-related issues and customer complaints, identifying corrective actions to improve outcomes and prevent recurrence.
• Supporting Sales and Marketing teams with technical expertise, customer presentations and the timely resolution of escalated enquiries.
• Collaborating with R&D and Marketing to support new product launches, technical programs and promotional initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting while working closely with the broader Technical Services team to support business objectives and customer success.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

• Experience providing technical product advice and customer support, including troubleshooting, specifications and application guidance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and deliver timely outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Coatings industry experience highly regarded.
