What they need
The Paint Room Mixer is responsible for color development to match physical samples while adhering to Wood-Mode, LLC's paint mixing standards.
- Must be responsible, versatile, and highly motivated.
- Must have good communication, organizational, and math skills.
- Must pass color blind and color shading test.
- Must be able to work in a finish environment.
- Knowledge of finishing, coating types, and application is a plus.
- Knowledge of Data Color & Paint Pro software is preferred.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
