We are seeking an experienced painter with a high level of attention to join our team of professional painters.

As a paint specialist at Building and Grounds Maintenance, you are the face of our company, and it is your responsibility to bring your A-game every day. Here at BGM we take pride in delivering high quality results in every aspect of our business.

A BGM Paint Specialist takes pride in serving others and delivering caring and professional experience for our customers and your fellow team members.

Pay ranging from $16 - $22 per hour

This is a Full-time position, Monday – Friday, weekends as needed.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

• Preparing surfaces for new paint.
• Interior and Exterior painting in commercial and/or residential settings, with a strong attention to detail
• Some drywall repair may be necessary

Experience and Education:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a High School degree, GED or equivalent.
• One year’s experience in residential and/or commercial painting is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience operating Airless and HPLV paint sprayers is helpful.
• Current & Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years.
