Paint Technologist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct site visits to inspect painting operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Supervise a team of painters during on-site work, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement effective painting techniques, materials, and procedures for various projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate painting activities within budget constraints.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in the Paint industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of painting processes, materials, and equipment used in the paint sector.
• Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
