Painter & Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Painter & Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of buildings, structures, rooms, and other surfaces, as well as carrying out carpentry works and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Painting:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and repairing cracks or damaged areas.
• Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes according to required standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during and after painting works.

Carpentry:

• Measure, cut, install, and repair wooden and other structures according to specifications.
• Repair and maintain doors, cabinets, furniture, cupboards, and other wooden fixtures.
• Carry out basic carpentry maintenance and modification works as required.
• Ensure all completed work is safe, functional, and finished to a good standard.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Painter and Carpenter, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of painting techniques and carpentry works.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Flexibility to perform different maintenance tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• AS Painter and Carpenter: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
