What they need
- Surface preparation: sanding, filling, stripping old coatings
- Apply primers, undercoats & topcoats by brush, roller & spray
- Apply wall coverings, lining paper & decorative finishes
- Colour matching & advice; protect furniture, floors & adjacent areas
- Work safely at height using ladders & scaffolding
- Remove waste; maintain clean sites; report progress to Site Manager
Position in Hierarchy Reports to Site Manager
Normal Weekly Hours 37.5 (08:00–17:00 Mon–Fri)
Required Skills & Qualifications NVQ / Level 2/3 Diploma in Painting & Decorating
- Minimum ____ years experience in residential/commercial decorating
- Competent spray application preferred; knowledge of paint systems & colour matching
- Fluent English; CSCS card; neat, precise finish; own tools advantageous
- Physically fit; reliable; time-conscious; team player
Pay: £41,700.00-£43,000.00 per year
