Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and care.
• Follow project specifications and safety guidelines diligently to deliver flawless finishes on time.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to coordinate work schedules and clarify project details.
• Operate driving vehicles such as vans or trucks to transport tools and materials safely between sites.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups or corrections promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction painting or decorating roles, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Valid driving license with reliable transportation to access multiple job sites efficiently.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques, surface preparation methods, and decorative finishes.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
• Ability to read project plans and specifications accurately to execute work according to design requirements.
• Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment.
