Painter and Decorator/Maintenance

You will be responsible for:

• Repairs to the internal and external fabric of clinics, care homes, office and storage buildings
• Cleaning of the office, houses under contract, windows cleaning
• Painting and Decorating to highest standards
• Carpentry and glazing as required to get the decorative work completed
• Basic electrical repair and safe isolation during the process of decorating
• Appliance repair

Maintenance work will be carried out reactively as well as planned and preventatively. Providing quality workmanship and following all H&S requirements whilst on the job.

Qualifications/Experience/Training (internal team):

• Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
• Evidence of previous trade roles.

Previous qualifications are desired but a problem solving attitude and willingness to learn will be considered as important to this role.
