What they need
Executes painting and surface preparation for walls, floors, and equipment while supporting the maintenance team with general technical and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Painting & Surface Prep: Prepare surfaces (plastering, sanding, crack repair) and apply paint, epoxy floor coatings, and special finishes.
Tool Care: Clean, maintain, and properly store all painting equipment and sprayers.
Maintenance Support: Assist electrical, plumbing, and mechanical technicians with basic repairs, equipment setup, and workshop upkeep.
Safety & Compliance: Follow OHS rules, wear PPE, and safely dispose of hazardous chemical waste.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in wall, epoxy floor, and equipment painting.
Technical Skills: Surface preparation, operation of airless spray guns and hand tools, plus basic maintenance concepts.
Attributes: High flexibility, physical stamina for working at heights, and a strong team-player attitude.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
