Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (no weekends)

What You’ll Do (The Role):

• Prepare: Sand, caulk, patch, and fill holes for a perfect finish.
• Protect: Set up sites by protecting floors and furniture with drop cloths and tape.
• Paint: Learn professional brush, roller, and spray techniques under expert guidance.
• Maintain: Ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

What We’re Looking For (The Requirements):

• Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work every day.
• Attitude: Eager to learn, takes direction well, and keeps a positive vibe.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-Oriented: You care about quality and doing it right.
• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass a background check/drug screen.
